During my time with BJ Services, I have been able to fine tune my skills, further develop my knowledge of the oil and energy industries, and prepare myself for the next step in my career.I operate Pressure Pump equipment to perform hydraulic fracturing, including sand machine, acid, and hydration equipment efficiently, consistently meeting safety and production goals.• Operate, calibrate, and maintain all fracturing equipment daily, ensuring effective operation for job assignments. Complete all rig ups and rig downs, including suction and discharge hoses, verifying preparedness for fracturing stages. Monitor work hours on pumps by gathering truck and trailer reports during and between fracturing stages. Operate chemical blending units, ensuring the achievement of proper weight to density distribution per customer specifications.• Maintain truck and equipment to standards, and ensure all equipment is in correct working order.• Inspect truck equipment and supplies pre-and post-trip including tires, lights, brakes, gas, oil, and water.• Complete required paperwork and submit it to the appropriate parties accurately and on time.• Promote Safety Standards always: shop, yard, location and while traveling.

I operated a cement mixer truck safely and in compliance with all regulations. After receiving orders and delivery instructions I performed pre-trip vehicle inspection and prepared all required paperwork. I consistently mixed the slump according to the customer's specifications prior to transport to the delivery location. My customer relations abilities made interactions between myself, the yard foreman, site foreman, and customer smooth and efficient. To maintain the image and reputation of CalPortland I always cleaned and inspected the mixer truck before returning to the yard for the next delivery.

At Trican I was able to enhance the skills I acquired at Baker Hughes Pressure Pumping. I was tasked with attending pre-convoy meetings to discuss all job-site needs, hazards, and interaction with the rig crew; pre-trip work and loading of all necessary chemical supplies to include rigging-up iron from the truck to the well, mixing water and cement, and pumping down into the well cementing casing and protecting the groundwater; performed truck repair as necessary resulting in highly efficient, safe, and smooth flowing equipment operations.

At Baker Hughes, I "dug deep" and discovered my natural fit as an equipment operator specializing in oilfield operations. Working under a 24/7 on-call basis hardened my work ethic and emphasized the need to streamline operations, adhere to all safety measures, and work cooperatively with all levels of the company structure.
