CurrentInspire team members, stakeholders and peers by leading with genuine commitment, creativity and humility as we work together to solve complex UX problems. Facilitate workshops with team members and stakeholders to gain collective insight and align on strategic direction, design approach and plan of implementation.Lead research activities such as user interviews, contextual inquiries, heuristic evaluations, product evaluations and competitive analysis to gain insight into user goals, needs, pain points and design opportunities.Translate research data into simple, clear artifacts including affinity diagrams, scenarios, user flows, personas, user journeys and information architecture.Present research findings to executives, stakeholders and team members in a concise and engaging manner with recommendations to reduce user friction and increase product usability. Produce iterative design solutions including sketches, prototypes and wireframes for testing and usability feedback. Improve on design weaknesses from low to high fidelity design.Work with engineering to see high fidelity design and prototypes through to implementation and release.
