Member of the USA and Global Infrastructure teams responsible for design, implementation, troubleshooting and escalation support to multiple offices that are located throughout the world.Responsible for maintaining a network infrastructure with Cisco routers and switches, consulting with users to determine needs, and troubleshoot issues on a global scale.Plan and execute network maintenance activities on servers as well as monitoring and making changes to our Palo Alto firewalls to ensure network security. Key member of network engineers responsible for design, implementation, troubleshooting and 1st/2nd level escalation support to various professional and corporate clients of KPMG.Responsible for maintaining a network infrastructure with Cisco routers and switches, consulting with users to determine needs and troubleshoot issues on a 500 node network.Planned and executed network maintenance activities as well as proactively monitoring the KPMG infrastructure to detect and resolve problems and ensure uninterrupted operations of the network.Other activities included maintaining, configuring, and installing Windows 2000/2003 servers throughout offices in the Southern California area.
