Monitors the health of various security systems. Responsible for build, configuration, and upgrades of various security products such as advanced endpoint protection, email filtering and insider threat technology. Actively deploys upgraded agents to endpoints throughout the environment to ensure maximum coverage and protection. Responsible for external PKI environment including purchasing and distributing SSL certificates. Aids in the development of security policies and procedures that safeguard our environment.

Ensure the security of systems utilizing the principal of least privilege, Virtual and Physical desktop security lead, Antivirus and Malware response and management, Vulnerability Scanning and Assessment, Forest/Domain administrator, Member of SIRT team, Endpoint Encryption admin, assist various teams with daily issues, goals and projects.

Responsible for building and optimizing Windows 7 and Windows XP XenDesktop images for enterprise utilization, well over 1000 VDIs. Created and deployed images with VMWare and Citrix Provisioning Services. Created virtual applications with Citrix XenApp and Citrix Streaming Profiler. 3rd tier support for all VDI related issues. Interfaced and provided guidance to other departments for projects regarding VDI infrastructure.

Responsible for all Network and Systems Administration. Administered and Engineered Windows Active Directory 2003, Microsoft Exchange 2007, Sharepoint Services, Windows Server Update Services, Symantec Backup Exec, Symantec Endpoint Protection and FaxPress. Provided support for over 65 endpoints as well as two separate Active Directory forests in multiple offices.

Responsible for creating all user domain and email accounts as well as expiring them. Created and maintained security groups, user accounts as well assisting senior engineers with projects such as Microsoft Exchange migrations as well as nightly maintenance projects. Travelled to and configured the Chicago claims office which required building a rack, mounting all equipment and bringing it online. Was 2nd tier support for our Help Desk.
