Deepwater Technical Solutions (DTS) - Morgan City, LA Campus:- Managed simultaneous projects from cradle to grave ranging from $10k to $1.5mm each.- Worked in house at Shell New Orleans for 6 months (3 days/week) as an Oceaneering contractor to support their asset integrity and flow assurance efforts of various fields in the GOM generating +$2.5mm revenue for OII. - Analyse field data to identify potential blocks in critical path flow lines. - Create Project Detail Reports which include necessary subsea tooling, bespoke designs and/or configurations, vessel identification, definition of resources, proposed schedule, and estimated budget to provide a turn key solution to very complex issues. - Present solution in the form of a project breakdown and formal proposal to Shell business units in order to get approval to execute remediation efforts as safe, efficient, and cost conscious as possible. - Worked 2 months at Oceaneering DTS in Newfoundland, Canada: - Designed, procured, and tested subsea winches with extreme safety measures embedded in the product due to SIMOPs with ROVs and divers. - Resulted in the first +$1mm revenue month for DTS Canada.

Deepwater Technical Solutions (DTS) - Houston Campus:- Detailed design of various ROV tools ranging from standard product line tools (torque tool, hot stabs, duplex pumps, etc.) to intervention skids and seafloor resident kits. - Primary focus became BOP Intervention required during drilling operations. - Developed bespoke BOP Intervention Panels for all major drilling contractors to meet new API standards as a result of the Macondo tragedy.- Successfully brought to market Gen 1b & Gen 2 BOP Intervention Skids and Topside Test Units to over 85% of the global ROV drilling market. - In addition to the Deepwater Drilling ROV (3-5 yrs) contracts, BOP Intervention Skid contracts yielded +$200mm of new revenue (approx $50mm / year) - Designed, delivered, and maintained +150 intervention skids and test units around the world and integrated on Oceaneering ROVs as well as other ROVs of opportunity.

Worked offshore on rigs and vessels with ROV crew to gain field experience resulting in a more thorough understanding of offshore oil and gas operations. - 4 weeks on, 2 weeks off rotation- Spent 85% of time offshore on intervention vessels performing work scopes across the entire O&G life of field ranging from exploration to decommissioning. - Was on site April 20, 2010 a few hours after the Deepwater Horizon caught fire. I remained on a vessel on location working to design tools and intervene until the well was finally contained.
