As DiaSorin is a specialized diagnostic company, managing competitive threats and opportunities is a major focus of the organization. I have successfully lead and managed a number of contract extensions with current Customers, while positioned DiaSorin in a favorable position for future opportunities. I have also expanded our Customer base by successfully developing relationships in areas we had no or little presence.

The purpose of my role at Baxter was to lead the BC Account Team to build and influence key customer relationships, where cultivating relationships, identifying opportunities, and account management are critical to drive continuous and sustainable sales/profit growth, and value delivery to the customer. This role applies in-depth account knowledge in developing, strategizing and implementing integrated sales/service plans that effectively leverage Baxter products, service and resources, while ensuring and measuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
