CurrentProvides advanced support for IT technicians and users remotely and in-house with a calm patient demeanor.Responsible for installation, configuration and ongoing maintenance for laptop computers, printers, phones and mobile devices local and remote.Set up accounts, configures hardware for new hires both local and remote.Manages IT assets for Salt Lake office including recommendations, purchases, storage, inventory and delivery.Tracks software licensing for reporting and compliance.Administers endpoint management using Intune and KACE.Provides / troubleshoots network access using Active Directory, encryption keys.Handles requests for remote VPN access setup and troubleshoots system problems.Integrates/troubleshoots PC hardware and software including all levels of escalation. Provides server support for deployment packages including updates and backups.Reimages/reclaims desktop computers and laptops, including backups.Evaluates and resolves complex issues often through the formulation of innovative ideas. Looks for strategies that streamline workflow and increase user satisfaction.Demonstrates excellent communications skills with users and other IT teams.Prepares documentation for the IT team and end users.
