Launched and expanded our e-commerce presence on major platforms like Tmall, JD.com, Douyin, and WeChat.* Led the profitable expansion of the brand globally, including opening directly operated retail businesses across APAC, franchise operations in Southeast Asia, and strengthening our wholesale business.* Redesigned the product sourcing, buying, planning, and allocation processes to minimize working capital requirements, reduce discounting, and improve sell-through rates.
