How does an aspiring investment banker end up transforming fashion and retail brands across Asia and the Middle East?I’m Lander Isasi, a seasoned retail executive passionate about driving business growth and innovation. With over 15 years of experience, I've led significant transformations within retail, specializing in digital transformation, omnichannel expansion, and total brand turnarounds.After receiving my undergraduate degree in finance in the USA, I began what I thought would be a long career as an investment banker in London. My initial role involved handling logistics, IT, and procurement, but I quickly advanced through the ranks, spearheading Inditex's expansion in the UK and Ireland.I was then selected to develop Inditex’s presence in China, a market that was still in its early stages.
