• Review Open To Buys daily to ensure that budgets are met, inventory is in line with sales and the right product is at the right place at the right time.

• Managing Worldwide Inventory for nine brands worth over 150 million dollars. These brands include specialty brands and mass distributed brands.
• Forecast and order product shipments each month for 10 warehouses worldwide. Analyzing sales data for each warehouse to accurately meet demand for each month’s shipments.
• Manage a team of five employees on a daily basis. These team members forecast, order and track products from factory to end customer.
• Establish and maintain budgets for all brands under team umbrella.
• Actively involved in two brand launches that include jewelry and watches.
• Involved in yearly markets to help determine assortment for domestic customers.

• Managed and forecasted all inventories for Fossil Brand for 5 European subsidiaries.
• Chose and maintained the European SKU count twice a year to ensure best sellers were in the assortment.
• Actively involved in departmental training for new hires and continuing education.
• Chosen to be on training team when company went live on new SAP system.

FossilInvoiced all shipments from factory to subsidiaries worldwide. Manages and forecasted all inventories for Fossil Brand for 4 Asian subsidiaries.
