I've worked 24/7 since 1998, full-time, advising clients on the single most important decision of their lives, how to handle these valuable assets and their life decisions. At times, the news a broker has to share is not what the client wants to hear, and that is part of the job. Honesty is helping the client see market conditions for their property in the context of that client's own unique situation. This is my strong suit and it is an honor be the advisor in the lives of the many clients that have become friends over the decades.I've been a rental owner since 1997 experiencing a myriad of issues over a broad portfolio of investments. In my tenure as a Broker I worked for two large northwest firms. In 2002 I started KJK Properties PC to diversify and eliminate the red tape that comes with box store real estate. In addition to selling properties for my clients, my company manages several detached houses, duplexes, and apartment buildings (a total of about 208 "doors" give or take a few). My favorite thing is to work with a repeat client, better yet one that has become a friend. During my career, I have sold nearly 650 properties. The client is what matters the most and the client stays central to my objectives.
