I work in a high speed, very active environment. This job requires my computer skills as well as attention to detail to ensure data is implemented into the correct systems, so the products that move into our warehouse are moved out to the correct destination. I use my soft skills on a daily basis to interact with customers to schedule pick-ups, answer questions/concerns they have, and interaction with other facilities regarding any attention to a given need that arises. This job requires a lot from any individual and definitely can create a lot of stress. I like to be the person people can lean on to help alleviate any stress, as well as being the person that others can rely on to have the technical ability to help in any way I can.

My position with the company is to help onboard clients and get them up to speed with our products. I am the direct form of contact when they have issues or concerns. I help deliver material about our clients concerns to different departments that are able to set and deliver the help our customers desire.

This course taught me the fundamentals of the industry standard networks and in-depth concepts of digital security. The bootcamp covered key information about real life experiences in the cybersecurity role as well as all the needed information to get certified in several cybersecurity certification exams. Along side all that information, I learned about python and got a baseline understanding of coding.

This job was the jack of all trades. On a given day, I would be using soft skills, technical operational skills, efficiency, and hands-on manual labor. The requirements for operating the front desk as well as fixing a register issue was something I was new to, but I picked up and greatly exceeded at it. Being able to talk to people and relate to them was an effective skill that helped me create customers as well as keep preexisting ones. This job did great in teaching me that a lot of life challenges aren't as hard as we think they are, but that the mental block is what the real challenge is to almost anything.
