I was appointed to the position of Treasurer for the Mayor’s Youth Advisory Council, where I collaborated with a council of nine appointees. In this role, I created and maintained in depth-budgets, monitored all spending accounts, provided general money management, and reported to the head of MYAC.

As treasurer of the local high school branch of Rotary Youth Exchange (Interact Club), I managed the community service club’s financial accounts, monitored spending, and shared financial reports during meetings. I participated in the financial planning and budgeting processes for the annual community service trip in which we installed solar panels in five homes on the local Native American reservation. I also assisted in planning activities for next year’s community service trip abroad, including organizing travel arrangements, finding chaperones, arranging local partnerships, and determining appropriate service projects.

As Assistant Marketing Director, I created and distributed marketing collateral such as flyers, postcards, holiday cards, client emails, etc. Using CREN Paragon, GIS Technology, and La Plata County Eagle Web, I was able to locate neighborhoods and addresses for mail campaigns. I worked one-on-one with clients to ensure approval of listings, and I assisted with various office tasks such as organizing paperwork, mailing letters, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, etc. In addition, I built, uploaded, managed, and maintained Craigslist and Zillow property postings and kept databases up to date by entering, updating, and removing data.
