Hi! I am a junior honors biology student at the College of Charleston, hoping to be a medical scientist one day. I possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. Along with my customer service experience, I am committed to improving my community through service. I am currently the Student Coordinator of the Cougar Food Pantry at CofC. I am responsible for organizing volunteers, networking with organizations, overseeing the pantry operations, etc. Also, during the COVID-19 pandemic, I created, organized, and carried out a campaign to give care bags to a local nursing home to provide them comfort when they were isolated from visitors. My interest in caring for people has led me to a career in medical research. I am seeking an internship or position related to medical research. Relevant coursework that I have taken includes Animal Research Training, Molecular Biology, Organic Chemistry and Ecology, Biodiversity, and Conservation Biology.
