Lead Content/Systems Engineer: • Performed for U.S. Navy e-Learning (NeL), NETC, Sea Warrior PEO EIS, and ETMDS onsite at NAVAL AIR STATION SAUFLEY FIELD. • Responsible for oversight of all activities related to SCORM, CMI Runtime, xAPI/TinCan, and the enterprise training delivery system. • Served as NeL’s liaison and participant for Advanced Distributed Learning’s (ADL) technical working group and emerging technologies research analyst. • Continuously provided leadership guidance to strategic planning, along with leading customer awareness presentations relevant to the mission • Supported new ETMDS training delivery requirements definition and implementation; on-going applications integrations; requirements development, implementation, and testing; process tracking application definition/development; and security issue troubleshooting on TRANET and NMCI network domains. • Implemented the first Learning Record Store application (LRS).
