My major role was to monitor the clients at the addiction center to ensure that they were safe and complying with the rules and regulations of the establishment. I was in charge of giving clients their medication, transporting them to experimental treatment and reporting their progress to clinical staff.

My role was to help create a plan to recruit recent college graduates to work for Candeo schools. This involved researching what graduates were looking for in a teaching career and coming up with a strategy to attract qualified candidates. I specifically came up with a Social media marketing strategy and helped create a referral program. Furthermore, I researched the costs and benefits of several recruiting programs.
