I am a Senior System Engineer with CT-Ireland, working as part of their Engineering Team. I am responsible for product selection, system design, System commissioning, programming and handover of AV installations to our clients and the Managed Services Team.I provide technical knowledge and experience to new projects, been aware of new products in the market place and seeing if they fit a project need.I provide 2nd level support to the managed services team for installations I've been involved in or other key systems I'm an expert in.I've been involved in projects from corporate, healthcare, education and signage. In the background I advocate for AV network security standards and designs. Using data sources from manufacturers and clients to have live and latest information on installations to ensure clients are getting the best use and functionality from their installations and ensuring they are secure.

I am the AV project technical lead for audio visual installations in PwC. I manage the day to day progression of AV project tasks to completion, timeline, costs and supplier management, chairing and minuting team meetings, product recommendations, and technical sign off. Working along side IT security, network design and IP communications to ensure the installed AV system is secure, user friendly and meets the needs of the firm. I have many years experience using and configuring Crestron (hardware and software), AMX, Extron, Bose, Clearone, Dante, Biamp, JBL, Tripleplay, OneLan, Mediastar, Sony, Avocor, CAD, Microsoft project and Visio. Technical support expert in Microsoft office, Google Gsuite, Cisco Video Conferencing and WebEx.
