Lanre is a career Sales/Marketing professional whose experience has spanned over 26 years in the FMCG, Banking and Telecommunications, Information Technology and lately Edtech sector. He has thrived in intellectually stimulating and dynamic work environments that have ensured growth and development. His career started in the sales and marketing of photographic equipments and chemicals with Fototek Industries Limited. He later on moved into Banking where he excelled in the two banks where he worked – NNB International Bank and pioneer Marketing Staff of Guardian Express Bank, Jos. His foray into telecommunications began as Corporate Sales Consultant for Vmobile Nigeria (now Airtel Nigeria), rapidly rising to the position of Manager, Corporate Sales (North) and later Head, Commercial Division, North East Region. He later moved on Globacom Limited as Cluster Head (North East Region) and subsequently elevated to National Head, Hotels, Food & Beverages Sector of the Corporate Sales department. He was later redeployed as National Head for International Organisations and Embassies and recently as Head, Manufacturing and HFB sector. He further worked as Regional Head, Corporate Solutions for Globacom from where he moved to HP Inc and currently works as Enterprise Manager, Central Africa.Olanrewaju’s experience in the telecommunications industry has given him the opportunity of successfully managing Zain Nigeria and Globacom’s business in various capacities across the country, leading teams to achieve higher performances and results. He worked at HP as Enterprise Sales Manager, Central Africa and currently works as Channel Manager, Africa at Classera.He has a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the prestigious University of Ibadan – 1995, a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) and also an MSc Economics from the University of Jos. He also has a Doctorate in Business Admiistration (DBA) from the Swiss Management Centre. Married with two children, He loves to Read, Play golf and Travel. He has trained extensively on Organisational Behaviour, Business Branding, Customer Service, Strategy, Leadership, Sales Techniques and Entrepreneurship.
