As an integral member of the senior leadership team at the company, my role involves advocating for product design collaboration among cross-product partners and executive leadership.I am responsible for creating and implementing a cohesive user experience vision, strategy, and roadmap for a range of VTEX products in a scalable fashion. Overseeing a team of over 30 designers and design managers, I also take on the task of equipping cross-functional teams with the necessary coaching, leadership, and support to envision and ship specific projects quickly while keeping a strong focus on business requirements and the quality of user experience.
