Lead Solution Architect
CurrentPresales Lead- Pre-Sales Collaboration: Work closely with sales and industry teams to provide high-quality pre-sales solutions and technical and estimation support;- Resource and Process Management: Defined and implemented presales process, including resource allocation and monitoring, and overall performance to KPIs;- Technical Qualification and Evaluation: Assess opportunities and conduct alignment assessment for strategic, capability and capacity;- Support in the development of internal capability including accelerators and other GTM offerings.Acting Salesforce Practice Lead- Support capability growth and development aligned to strategic objectives (industry, technology and skillsets);- Support team leaders in people management; structure, 1:1’s and escalations;- Support resourcing allocation for engagements, aligning skill sets, team aspirations and project needs.
