With about 25 years of experience in the exchange industry, I am the Senior Vice President - Chief Counsel Europe at Nasdaq, the world's leading provider of trading, clearing, exchange technology, and information services. I oversee the legal and regulatory affairs of Nasdaq's European operations, covering 10+markets and 8+ countries. I am responsible for ensuring compliance with local and international laws and regulations, managing litigation and disputes, advising on corporate governance and strategic initiatives, and supporting business development and innovation. I have a strong background in equities and securities. I have also developed and implemented policies and procedures to enhance the efficiency, transparency, and integrity of the exchange markets. I am passionate about delivering high-quality legal services that enable NASDAQ to achieve its vision of creating more inclusive and sustainable economies.
