I lead a team of PMs and Customer Delivery professionals focused on the delivery of technology and business transformation.With nearly 20 years in technology, operations, and change management within financial services, I have been privileged to build and lead great teams, launch new products & services, replace mission-critical legacy platforms, implement target operating models and lead Board-sponsored Transformation programs.My career includes varied roles at Nasdaq, the London Stock Exchange Group, UBS, Deutsche Bank, and Morgan Stanley - each providing diverse insights into value creation and excellence. I am known for having clear vision that aligns with overall strategy - this enables me to steer initiatives effectively and ensure that they contribute to broader organisational goals. My ability to build and motivate talented teams and collaborate with industry leaders has been key to driving success.I hold a Bachelor of Science in Management Sciences (Operations Research) from the London School of Economics and Political Science, along with professional certifications in Project/Programme Management and Agile Software delivery.
