As a Client Services Consultant I am involved with every aspect of the customer's move. From providing relocation counseling during the initial call welcoming the customer to the program to the end assisting the customer with the expenses that are eligible for tax treatment. I strategize with the real estate agents through regular communications for both home sale and home purchase. I counsel the customer on their company's relocation policy as well as the process of selling a home, shipment of house hold goods both domestic and international, the purchase of a new home and the expenses of the relocation.Learning diplomacy and tact as a professional working with customers and all levels of management has been strength I have consistently been recognized for through my responsiveness, knowledge and priority customer service.
