I have nearly 20 years of experience in the office setting, beginning with support roles in HR and Admin departments. I found early on that I had an inclination towards data analysis, management, and creating and building reports, so when I graduated from the Kelley School of Business, I decided to make data management my main area of focus. I have been part of two major database implementations thus far, have managed multiple databases in different settings and now have the title of HRIS Administrator with Regenstrief.
