As an Engineer working in a GMP production environment in a Pharmaceutical Industry, I am responsible for conducting routine operations to maintain all equipment in compliance with the Calibration & Validation Master Plan. The equipment include testing of sensors and gauges(temperature, humidity, differential pressure), Analytical & Precision balances, Incubators, Fridges, Laminar Flow Hoods, Constant Climate Chambers, and some critical systems such as the WFI(Water for Injection) Loop and the Lyophilizer machine.As for the Validation, I also hold a qualification of cGMP Grade A (ISO 5) environment. This qualification allows me to interfere in validation activities which are conducted inside the clean areas such as the washing machine, formulation, and filling areas. Validations include testing of HEPA filters, Particle Count, Leak tests, Recovery tests, and light intensity. A collaboration with the Quality Assurance and Quality Control departments is a must especially when working in a GMP based environment. All executed reports, protocols, calibrations, validation technical specifications,Document Change Requests, Risk Assessments, CAPA , NCR must be reviewed by the QA and QC departments in order to ensure the integrity of results.Having aspirations to obtain a position in a high quality engineering environment where my resourceful knowledge will add value to organizational operations.
