I also work closely with the directors, administrators, and coaches to help with their various tasks to ensure that all of the teams are able to operate properly from an executive standpoint.

I coached and worked with young girls and boys involved with the OC Premier futsal program. They practiced every Friday and then had games on Saturday. We focused more on having fun and getting better but also pushed them to work hard and do well. Since I play soccer in college I have extensive knowledge on the sport and was able to give them valuable insight and instruction.

I was not only a director but also a coach for Skyhawks Sports Academy the entire summer of 2015. Every week I was partnered with someone and we would run a five day long camp that focused on either a variety of sports or a single sport. We would create games, work on certain skills everyday, and prepare them for the last day of camp when they got to scrimmage. This camp was more for beginners who were interested in playing sports so I had to teach them very basic skills while still making it a lot of fun at the same time. As a director I had the responsibility of taking care of all the children, picking up equipment, communicating with parents, and checking in with the area manager consistently.

As a host, it was my responsibility to greet guest right as they walk in, it was important for me to always be upbeat and friendly. I was also in constant communication with the servers and managers to ensure that the restaurant was running smoothly. From this job I learned how to handle hectic situations and problem solve under pressure, when we would have busy nights, there would be numerous tasks that needed to be done at the same time, and as a head host it was my duty to handle these issues in an orderly and composed way.
