Volunteer position for Mindset Maintenance as their Marketing Manager. My aims are to create a positive image for the organisation, increase brand awareness and therefore generate more income and sponsorships through marketing of events and workshops.

I have recently been promoted higher to the sales and marketing manager position. My roles have developed into managing a small team of sales consultants and focusing more efforts into developing our engagement through social media and commercial projects. Planning future events to increase footfall in club. Produce weekly revenue reports detailing our sales activities with the general manager/ head office. Ensure all projects and branding are cohesive in club and the voice is consistent in the marketing now produced.

Work alongside the founder at local networking events and organise new ways to fundraise for their WaterPump mission.
