Digital media strategist, consultant, and women’s rights advocateLara Ayoub is a digital media strategist, gender and media consultant, and trainer with over 20 years of experience. She is the co-founder of SADAQA, a nonprofit advocating for women's economic rights in Jordan, and the founder of the community-interest organization, The Media Lab, which focuses on the disconnect between the public and the media. To date, she has established and led five digital newsrooms, including three TV stations and two print publications.Ayoub is a PhD researcher at the University of Central Lancashire in the UK and holds a Master's in 'Global Media & Digital Cultures' from SOAS – School of Oriental and African Studies, University of London, and a postgraduate degree in 'Journalism, Innovation, & Leadership' from the University of Central Lancashire (UCLan). She is a certified TV producer from the London School of Media, Film, and TV.She is certified in Rapid Transformational Therapy®️ (RTT®️), an accredited pioneering therapy based on neuroscience that has the potential to offer fast, effective results by combining the most beneficial principles of Hypnotherapy, Psychotherapy, NLP, and CBT.Ayoub serves on the boards of Save the Children – Jordan, Save the Children’s Global Communications Advisory Panel, WAN-IFRA Middle East, and the University of Central Lancashire’s board of JILeaders industry advisors and mentors.
