- Provide up to date employee contracts, exit surveys and termination letters to employees constantly changing in the business.- Responsible for supporting the various HR functions across the business from payroll, recruitment, OH&S, HR business partners and advisors.- Organise all personnel filing systems and recording of archiving- Assist in co-ordinating a number of projects such as our: Health and Wellbeing Expo, Parental Leave seminars, our Reward and Recognition program (Applaud) and am apart of the OH&S Committee.- Strong use of word, excel and Microsoft Office programs- Continually looking to expand my HR skills and knowledge as much as possible.
