Leader, Women’S Impact Network Emea
On foot of the success of the Women's Impact Network (WIN) in Ireland, I now lead WIN across EMEA and in 2021 have launched WIN across EMEA, with teams established in the UK, Germany, the Netherlands and Poland. WIN is dedicated to building gender equality in our workplace by empowering, supporting, developing and advancing the careers of women associates across Fiserv. Our activities in EMEA are focused on:- fostering collaboration, education and supportive and proactive relationships among women and a platform for networking and career development in support of professional aspirations- inspiring our high-potential, talented and motivated women to achieve their best at Fiserv and cultivating an environment where women are represented at every level; making a difference to women’s enjoyment of their work and their belief in their ability to progress and thrive- identifying and partnering with external organisations, schools & colleges and to give back to our local communities by supporting women-owned businesses and evangelising the potential for women to succeed in business
Director I Global Digital Commerce
I have commercial responsibility for Fiserv’s Global Digital Commerce product suite across APAC, EMEA & LATAM, this includes Gateways, Value Added Services, Payment Options, Currency Solutions and PSP partners. I lead the Channel Development team in its continued support of Fiserv’s ongoing transformation from a traditional payments processor to a collaborative technology company and digital solutions provider for merchants around the world. My team is responsible for driving revenue growth from the Digital Commerce solution set and working with all our direct and joint venture businesses to win business and deploy market leading solutions as well as provide expert technical support for our digital products internationally. Today's consumers use their phones to buy coffee in the morning, use their connected cars to pay for a car wash in the afternoon and digitally order food from their seats at a sporting event in the evening. Fueled by consumers' experiences and driven by evolving expectations, merchants are speeding into a digital-first world. During their daily routines, people want to interact seamlessly with merchants, and that expectation is sparking a host of cutting-edge engagement opportunities, which my team at Fiserv is driving. Think "Alexa, pay for gas", think of the ease and security of shopping online with Aldi, think of the seamless, safe, cutting-edge mobile commerce solutions that make it easy to find, book and pay for an Accor hotel room anytime, across 95 countries and more than 4,200 properties...The consumer expectation for connected commerce already exists, and the realisation of that expectation is only beginning to roll through the market. But it is speeding up. At Fiserv, we are creating unique, frictionless consumer experiences across virtually all payment methods, channels, devices and partners - on a global scale.
Leader, Women’S Impact Network Ireland
Having launched the Fiserv Women's Impact Network (WIN) in Ireland in 2020, we now have ~150 members across the country. The aim of WIN is to create communities and foster supportive and productive relationships among women and men at Fiserv to enhance engagement and create an environment of equality and success. With a focus on gender balance and improving the ratio of women in leadership roles, I am committed to ensuring every woman has a seat at the table. I host face-to-face sessions in celebration of specific events like International Women’s Day and a regular series of formal and informal virtual get-togethers to promote inclusion, the development of communities, support and mentoring. I launched the Inspirational Women Speaker Series in 2020 to great success, featuring many high profile female leaders with a variety of backgrounds; and we continue to host "Elevenses with WIN" - an initiative launched specifically to offer support, friendship and education for women at Fiserv during the period of remote working in 2020 as a result of the global pandemic.
