I worked as part of the Sustainable Gas Group, supporting the team's efforts to promote the development and expansion of renewable natural gas.I provided project management support on a biogas demonstration project at the Newtown Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant, a first-of-its-kind project in New York City. I also conducted research and developed policy memos advocating for renewable natural gas incentives for New York State. I contributed to the research, writing, and development of a white paper that sized the opportunity for renewable gas in the Northeastern United States, provided an overview of the technology, and laid out the vision for a sustainable gas network.
