As a Technical Project Management Subject Matter Expert I worked with a team to create an asynchronous TPM course for MIT. Creating scenarios and learning objectives to add to the course.This required creativity, storytelling and industry and process knowledge to create scenarios that could be used for this degree program.

As the first Instructor hired for this 13 week boot camp, Technical Project Management Immersion program, I have worked closely with several departments to assist in the design, building and energetic delivery of an immersive course that enables students to transition into Technical Project/Product & Program Managers from various backgrounds.As a part of a 2 person instruction team, I proactively identify areas for improvement and prioritize changes to the curriculum based on student feedback, curriculum data and research. I worked within the City of Eugene's Information Services Department (ISD) Leadership team to drive production of applications and collaborate with department customers for the City's government entities (Emergency Services, Planning, Public Works, Library, Recreation & Cultural Services departments) . As a leader in transforming the workflow of ISD from a person to person ordering organization to an ITIL certified, award winning IT organization, I was directly responsible for bringing the IT development team to Scrum Agile practices in the first 9 months after hire. We work with Cisco products including the UC suite, Video and virtualization deploying the latest Cisco products to 7k sales users in the EFT time frame.
