Lara Silva has over 20 years of professional experience in corporate finance. Lara began her career in the financial market, working with large financial institutions in the areas of debt structuring and project finance. In 2013, Lara started to undertake consultancy with a focus on business feasibility, long-term debt structuring, acquisition finance, M&A, joint ventures, fundraising, valuation and feasibility studies.From 2017 to 2022, Lara was the CFO of Echoenergia, the biggest investment in the history of Actis, the company was born from scratch and was sold in 2022 to Equatorial in the largest renewable energy M&A in Brazil, at a valuation of almost BRL 10 billion.In 2023, Lara founded UNA Connect to promote innovation in how companies execute fundraising for investment projects.
