My Masters thesis focused on International Human Resource Management, specifically the management of expatriates and knowledge transfer of repatriates. Other areas of special attention within my Masters Studies are Advanced Strategic Management, Communication & Change Management as well as Training and Development.

As a branch manager I oversee in branch processes and align employees activities to the strategic business goals of Martin Personnel. Team building, forecasting and budgeting are part of the daily responsibilities, as well as managing sales and operations as well as improving communications between the two.
