I take the best of this evidence-based program, tailored separately to both adolescents and young adults, and further customize it to each young person. Sessions are based on each person's interest level and motivation for improving conversational skills and implementing "tricks and tips," as I call them, for social skills into their lives. In these ways, I support and empower young autistic individuals to live fulfilling lives with less stress and trauma and increased personal acceptance.
