Provide clinical leadership to HR, EHS, and Senior management to advise and work with GE Transportation Industrial Hygenist on the relationship between occupational exposures and health effects and the application of other medical processes and procedures. Maintain metrics that are used to evaluate the effectiveness of site medical programs against regulatory and company requirements. Participate in incident investigations and corrective action determination. Lead or provide advice in managing medical emergency response during personal illness / injury, site emergencies, and epidemics / pandemics. Lead in executing medical services expectations in applicable elements of GE’s EHS Management System such as; emergency response, along with working with EHS and Transportation’s Industrial Hygienist with industrial hygiene and ergonomics concerns.Be responsible for global travel preparation, such as; immunizations and education.Develop and implement site operating procedures that comply with GE standards.
