Providing support and troubleshooting, while demonstrating and responding to queries related to the platform’s reporting features and capabilities Managing Administrative activities on all global client contracts and agreements (storing, accessibility to markets, versions controls) Helping to identify information for new business prospects Liaising with Market Leaders on queries and questions as it relates to servicing global clients in their markets Manage respondent lists across suppliers and retailers
