• Develop the internal communication strategy to reflect the company’s business priorities• Define and develop CEO visibility plan to enable the dialogue with employees• Set agenda for managerial communication & advise leaders on employee communication• Deploy global communication programs at local level• Measure internal communication efficiency and produce actionable improvement plans• Contribute to transversal projects for business development and company transformation

• Create and communicate across company clear and consistent information on business objectives and activities • Organize internal events for the employees ( e.g. business events: Leadership team meetings, Live broadcasts for CEO up-dates; recognition events: EOY parties, project team recognition)• Design and develop specific communication campaigns on various topics (strategy, commercial launches, company events, organizational culture projects) • Develop digital internal communication tools• Coordinate and promote communication platform for the employees (intranet) and oversee editorial activities of intranet content providers community• Lead internal communication for Business Transformation programs: new lines of business, innovations, relocation projects• Engage employees in new products testing to align with business priorities and further act as brand ambassadors• Develop the internal communication survey, analyses the outputs, proposes & develops solutions in order to improve the communication processes
