I am responsible for overseeing Technology projects, where I supervise the development and implementation of these projects. My approach focuses on meeting deadlines, ensuring that each stage of the project is completed according to the defined schedule, budget, and scope agreed upon with the client or department.I maintain close oversight of the projects, following up on deadlines with analysts to ensure that everything is completed within the stipulated timeframe.Communication is a key part of my role; I prepare and send Status Reports to clients/departments, keeping them informed about progress. Additionally, I organize meetings to discuss both new improvements and provide updates on ongoing projects.I am also responsible for creating and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs), which provide valuable insights for evaluating the success of projects and help identify opportunities for improvement, including indicators related to deadlines, costs, quality, satisfaction, among others.I use both agile and traditional project management methodologies, adapting my approaches based on the needs of each project.

Enhanced project management within Unimed's technology sector to optimize processes. Supported the assurance of internal process quality by evaluating performance and quality indicators.Identified opportunities for cost reduction and increased agility and productivity. Utilized Scrum methodology to manage projects/deliveries. Additionally, employed the BPM (Business Process Management) platform for process programming, crafting new workflows for the cooperative. Conducted maintenance, implementing necessary corrections to meet user needs.
