Tends to the administrative needs of over 15 MIT faculty members. Manages the operation of undergraduate, graduate and PhD courses, maintains faculty budgets, and supports office success through a team support model. Has received training in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the workplace and critical incident prevention and response. Has experience working both in-person and remotely in this role.

Has played in, created and led games of Dungeons & Dragons with a community of peers. Has extensively researched D&D lore and gameplay, roleplaying and improvisation strategies, and tools for promoting equity, accessibility and safety at the table. Utilizes safety tools and cares deeply about using D&D as a method for practicing creativity, problem solving, empathy, and social skills, especially for those who are neurodivergent and have diverse identities.

Conducted Senior Honors Thesis research independently on ethical practice in forensic anthropology and in the sciences generally. My thesis focused on the ethics of teaching and research using human skeletal collections, and special considerations of working with Black and African remains and intersex, transgender and nonbinary remains. Graduated with honors from Wellesley College with the completion of my thesis.

Worked collaboratively with a team of students, faculty and administrators to improve the inclusivity and accessibility of the department. Developed an unanimously adopted Statement of Inclusion that will continue to hold the department accountable for addressing student and faculty needs. Developed educational resources and feedback methods for students and faculty to utilize. Researched recent inclusion and accessibility initiatives at other universities. Hosted student talkbacks for the department.

Greeted guests upon entry to the museum. Answered the front desk phone and directed calls to appropriate museum staff. Managed the student visitor assistant shift schedule. Lead guest tours.
