Durante minha carreira na BASF pude experimentar alguns modelos de trabalho dentro da operação, na primeira fase fomos treinados pelo time global para comissionar e partir a planta de Camaçari, nessa fase fiz o acompanhamento das atividades na subestação, participei da adequação dos procedimentos e contribuí para a interface entre o time global e o time de Camaçari. Em seguida trabalhei como operadora Júnior e operadora Pleno no turno. Depois trabalhei com a elaboração e emissão de permissões de trabalho, colaborei na interface entre os times de produção, engenharia e manutenção e participei da digitalização dos processos de EHS no site.As a part of the production team in the Superabsorbent Polymers plant at BASF I could experience some working models within the operation. In the first phase we were trained by the global team to commission and start-up the Camaçari plant, during this phase I was responsible for monitoring the activities at the substation, adapting the procedures and supported the interface between the global team and Camaçari team. Then I worked as a junior operator and operator on the shift. After that I've prepared and issued work permits, collaborated on the interface between the production, engineering and maintenance teams and implemented in the digitization of EHS processes as the production client.
