Worked remotely as Java Developer (Contractor) using IBM WebSphere, Struts, Spring, JSP, JSF, SQL Server across several projects within the internet banking service of Bradesco.

After being officially hired as Software Developer, I was able to analyse, architect, develop and maintain the project I was working with as intern (Order Management System). In order to improve my team's response to any product defects reported by the client, I created a bot that integrates HP ALM 11's defect reports with team communication tool called Slack. That integration ended up being useful, not to my team alone, but to a major part of the department and client relationship as well.

As an intern at IBM Brazil, I was assigned to the GBS (Global Business Services) team where I was introduced to the Telecommunication industry. On my position, my main task was to test and assure the quality of the product delivered to the client. The product we were developing was a Order Manager. The most used tools for that task were Smartbear SoapUI, Oracle SQL Developer and ConceptWave Order Care.

Under the Fulbright scholarship, was given to me the opportunity to work alongside ASU's Physics department on an electric water filter. I was responsible for building the circuits using Arduino and developing the Android/Arduino app that controlled the amount of electricity inside of the filter.

As my first professional experience, I was able to work on a project where its main goal was to aproximate visually impaired individuals to technology. The project was written in Python using OpenCV and, along with a webcam, the software would recognize a marker on the user's finger and the position of the finger on a board. That board contained areas with different textures and each texture would represent a different command. In this project I was exposed to Image Processing and Computer Vision and it was used as final project on my voc-tech high school degree.
