Current• Manage all finance and accounting activities including payroll, accounts payable, cash management, financial reporting, budgeting, procurement, and inventory.• Establish, improve, and enforce accounting policies and operating procedures in accordance with GAAP.• Lead preparation of audits and tax filings, working closely with external auditors.• Recommend and assist Board of Directors in selection of auditors, manage the relationship, and ensure recommendations from auditors are implemented.• Setup QuickBooks accounting software for entity, oversee all accounting, and create periodic management reports.• Oversee banking and fund management and maintain relationships with financial institutions.
