Director Of Finance
Current- Manage all finance and accounting activities including payroll, accounts payable, cash management, financial reporting, budgeting, procurement, and inventory.
- Establish, improve, and enforce accounting policies and operating procedures in accordance with GAAP.
- Lead preparation of audits and tax filings, working closely with external auditors.
- Recommend and assist Board of Directors in selection of auditors, manage the relationship, and ensure recommendations from auditors are implemented.
- Setup QuickBooks accounting software for entity, oversee all accounting, and create periodic management reports.
- Oversee banking and fund management and maintain relationships with financial institutions.
