Our team consists of Construction Managers, Project Managers, a Purchasing Department, an Interior Design Group and Accounting. My role is to oversee and advise all departments and help everyone achieve our two main goals: 1) Maintain and solid relationship with our homeowners and keep them happy throughout the building of their dream and 2) administer the job from signing the contract through closing while maintaining a reasonable profit. All this while building some of the most spectacular homes in the Raleigh NC market.

As a Project Manager at Wolfe, I had full control of the building process from establishing budgets and proposals, to construction administration and ultimate home turnover. It was my responsibility to bring all projects in “on time”, “on budget” while keeping all parties happy and satisfied. I loved building in the high-end market in that it presented many challenges both from the complexity of the projects and from communication to and from owners, designers, sub-contractors and suppliers.
