• Leading the design and development of the eCourts project, with goal to rewrite and consolidate numerous older applications into one integrated enterprise web application. • Managing the full SDLC of numerous large-scale web and desktop applications that provide Kentucky Courts the various technologies necessary for the specialized 3,500+ person workforce. • Collaborating with SMEs in requirements gathering, generation of technical plans including development specs, database design, APIs specs, UI design and overarching technical concepts. • Working with business and technical team members during all phases of development, implementation and ongoing support as many of the Court’s in-house developed applications are written or refactored. • Responsible for the solutions that assist with the integration and sharing of data between systems and other agencies.
