I led a successful modernization and expansion effort which resulted in sales growth from $12M to $29.3M by aligning the business with key regional franchise partners and growing our 12 UK based showrooms to 27 locations across Europe and the Middle East in less than 8 years. Extensive contributor to the creation of the Sleep Center Concept which resulted in a 50% increase in mattress sales in its first year through focused point of sale collaterals and the redesign of the showroom experience. Executed all new store openings and oversaw visual display and store KPI’s to reflect brand values including the design and production of all advertizing and marketing materials implemented for use at inventory disposal events from 2005-2009 yielding in excess of $400k per event and reduced the stock holding from $8M to a targeted $2M of the top performing sku’s.
