As a prior business owner and sole proprietor for over 15 years , still holding a current North Dakota Contractor license, I can honestly say that there are few things I couldn’t list in the construction and trades industry that I have some skill-set within. I will list some of them here. My skills include daily operations of the tractor, blades, backhoe, sprayers, plows, skid steer, forklifts, bobtails and straight trucks . I also maintain proper preventative maintenance and daily inspection to ensure mechanical soundness of the equipment. I’ve operated many bobtails and dump trucks within the class C license field. Sales , marketing, and advertising a business or skill. Billing, invoicing, estimating, and quality control. I’ve been trained and have working knowledge in the demolition and construction equipment industry ,single family construction , and home improvement. I have been trained to identify new opportunities for saving money, increasing efficiency, and improving overall quality. I can learn new duties and responsibilities quickly and accept any training, advice or wisdom in a professional manner. I have a customer-lead focus in the improvement of consumer relations and customer service. I have the ability to control many tasks at one time and complete them productively and efficiently.
