Field Service Supervisor
CurrentResponsible for providing day-to-day supervision of HVAC Technicians and resolving customer complaint/issues. Duties include driving employee safety culture, communication and compliance of company procedures and policies. As a Field Service Supervisor, work includes interaction with internal and external customers, and using problem solving and decision-making skills to organize employees and direct work to get done efficiently.Key Highlights:• Conduct onsite observations and follow ups with clients and Service Technicians, to ensure that clients get the best service possible.• Documents accident and incident reports in compliance with safety guidelines.• Ensures follow ups and resolution of customer work orders and escalations.• Conduct new hire onboarding and training.• Ensure compliance with DOT regulations.• Provide day to day management and oversight for 15 union Technicians.• Perform annual inventory on service vans and parts valued in excess of $600k.• Monitor monthly revenue for service technician to ensure financial goals are achieved.• Collaborate with dispatch on routing, commitment times, and technician utilization.
