Responsibilities included all hotel operations and room sales, group sales, food and beverage revenues, transient revenue management, online marketing, guest services, housekeeping, advertising, human resources, financial management, maintenance, risk management, and asset protection. Strengths in Budgeting, Forecasting, Business, and Marketing plans.Directed Sales team with action plan development and follow-through including tracking sales productivity, outside sales calls, mentorship opportunities, and cold calling. Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports. Create variance report strategies and regular analysis reporting to corporate management and ownership.Manage all human resource functions on the property. Benefit and payroll administration.Direct Purchasing and inventory management.Proficient in several management systems including M3 accounting, Opera PMS, Sales Pro, Hoteligence-360, STR Reports, SharePoint, Dropbox, Slingshot, Medallia, Wyndham, Hilton and IHG property management systems.
