I have spent literally decades working with clients to achieve their goal of having the best answering service possible. We take on clients for the long haul. Clients change just as we do. Contact with each other make it work. Without it we both lose out. Many of these clients are with us for ten, twenty and even thirty or more years. I feel a lot of these long term clients are still here because of me and my follow up to see what is working for them and what is not. TAS United if given a chance will adjust to fit our clients ever changing needs. We continually add new systems to improve our service, to provide a better quality of service and to increase our range of services. Every time a new form of communication becomes popular we take it in and make it work for our clients.Years ago it was forecast that with the advent of answering machines, then VM, then texting we would be replaced. Yet we continue to grow because we offer a live response our callers. People want to talk. They want to talk with a live person, not a machine. Our staff knows this and they take pride answering their calls each day.
