My responsibilities and roles are to handle the objectives, requirements and budget of an architectural project. To motivate team members and provide progress updates in schedule, etc. And to have excellent organizational skills, the ability to give clear instructions and motivate others is required.As the senior project manager one must be assertive enough to set clear goals but remain approachable enough for workers to alert them should problems occur.
