I have recently decided to join the team to work with retail at WD Partners. My responsibilities and role will be to help manage projects in retail.

Greater Atlanta Area

Responsible for managing multiple projects, to coordinate all project efforts through an administrative assurance in design; for the most efficient and cost-effective approach, to serve as primary liaison contact with clients to bring projects to completion on schedule within budget, to determine scope of work and prepare proposals and contracts, etc.

Responbilities were to develop and design projects - predesign, preliminary, design development and construction documents, to manage office team members, to consult with design team mebers - engineers, to meet with clients, to manage project cost - budget, to manage Construction Administration - schedule of values, progress schedules, change order proposals, change ordrer, request for information, submittals, post construction, etc.

Construction Administration at Miami International Airport with several contractural projects in construction, to manage OAC meetings, to inspect projects during construction as the Owner's Representative to ensure that the work is completed on schedule and to minimize the cost impact with chnage due to unforseen situations, errors or omissions or Owner's Request for change, to review schedule of values, CM schedules, submittals, change order proposals, change orders, request for information, post construction, etc.
